Fantasy Ride

Reasons are plenty yet quite wispy
I go in to the fantasy world
to make suffering less painful,
I choose to reserve the pillion, when we ride
I want to glide towards you, I wish to
coz that brings hope in to my life
As the mighty sun, salutes us with brightness
the Moon envies & subdues in to the clouds,
Not to make the moment less graceful,
the rain drops pour in to our way,
making the road mesmerizing, empty & quiet!

As the drizzle reduces, we laze on the
tiny grasses in the highway.......
My thirst for living in an utopian island
is quenched through my fantasy drive
As we near our wooden hut, surrounded by green lush tress
on one side & blue waters on our backyard,
my scarcity of words to describe the moment
exposes my apthy & impuissance
I struggle literally in my literary

You walk ahead of me, straight in to those blue waters
My voice is hardly heeded, I want to say
"esperar para mi bebé" (wait for me baby)
I ran towards the waters, I ran
across the sea and sands, I couldn't
find your face, your eyes, your words,
my anger gushes out, poor ocean
puts itself to shame, as its unable to
conceal my tears & screams,
I lie low, very low, wanting to go
with the waves itself... I lose myself to that moment!

Suddenly my novelty reveals my reality
And my fantasy ride fades off, infact
I was the lone rider on the solitary road
My face grim & my wish grizzles,
I face upward & pose a wicked smile to the creator
Uttering - You little bastard!
